The gardens are wonderful. The plants are set out in themed areas.....based on climate types and geography. Anyone who comes to the Island should see this. Entry free!

I enjoy botannical gardens.Until I get home, and then I always feel I have so much work to do.!
Actually these are not overly tidy gardens....so you might feel encouraged rather than discouraged. Their selection of plants is amazing considering this is the UK. But their micro-climate (they almost never get a frost) means the exotic plants thrive here that would die even 13 miles away where we live.
