This house on the beach, not accessible by car at all, is on the market for £900,000. Apparently they have just accepted a "substantial offer". It has a small garden on the land side of the house, and a small patio on this, the sea side of the house. And that's it!!!!!!

The building on the left of it as we look at it is a cafe, open at weekends from April to October and all week at peak times. There are people eating on that patio (fresh caught lobster with new potatoes and salad, bring your own wine for £12 a head) until very late on warm evenings.
Today we walked on the sea side of the copper roofed house I showed yesterday. I think this is going to be absolutely stunning when it is finished. But I'd hate to have the job of cleaning the windows........! I bet they'll need doing almost daily too!
