Thanks for your comment. He is much better. The op was 2 1/2 weeks ago now so we are well into the recovery period. He has suggested that this coming week I should be able to get back into the gardening....although I'll still have to be doing all the dog walking for a while yet, and that does rather whack me out so it'll be a limited return I'm afraid!
