I e-mailed Blackwall as Ruth and SWD suggested and just had a phone call from them. They say there is a 5 year guarantee on their products so they are sending me two replacement kits....! They also apologised profusely!

It's a shame that the butts weren't up to spec but all praise to Blackwall for agreeing to replace them with no quibbles :o)You just need a word with Mother Nature now to get the new ones filled once you've received them
